- Disabling client to host encryption for remote desktop
- Posted by rjsmall on April 7th, 2006
Hi,
does anyone know anyway to disable encyrption for an XP remote desktop
session. Unlike a terminal server session there is no option under group
policy to disable but only to set it to different levels (client compatible,
high 128 bit or low 56 bit) I am testing the performance of a network traffic
management device that always encrypted traffic to pass straight through so
disabling encryption *should* produce a different set of results.
Thanks,
rjsmall
