- Offer Remote Assistance AND the remote server machine does not exist or is unavailable
- Posted by Ming He on October 9th, 2005
I use Remote Desktop from Machine B to connect to machine A properly
over Internet.
And using Offer Remote Assistance connect fine too on local subnet.
But Offer Remote Assistance over internet to machine A I got:
the remote server machine does not exist or is unavailable
I use IP address so should be no name problem.
BTW, I did have "permission denied" before as well, but I got them
fixed.
Any idea?
