When trying to sent an invitation for remote assitance I get a message
telling me that "Aprogram could not start, please try again". Trying again
and again doesn't change the outcome.
What program is not starting? And what do I have to do to overcome that?

This is our first attempt at using remote assitance and any help is much
appreciated.
